Consumer Rights

Wristshine respects your consumer rights under Slovenian and European Union law. This Return Policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act of Slovenia and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not obligatory:

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return under the right of withdrawal, the musical instrument or product must be:

• In the same condition as when you received it
• In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and certificates
• Unused and undamaged (you may inspect the product as you would in a physical store)

You are responsible for the diminished value of goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Return Shipping

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us at the address below without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal:

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear those costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for valuable musical instruments.

Refund Processing

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we receive the returned goods, or you supply evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods that have been personalized, customized, or made to your specifications
• Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
• Goods which are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
• Audio or video recordings or computer software which were unsealed after delivery

Legal Guarantee (2-Year Warranty)

In addition to the right of withdrawal, all products sold by Wristshine come with a legal guarantee of conformity lasting 2 years from delivery, as required by Slovenian and EU consumer protection law.

If a defect becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery, you may:

• Request repair or replacement of the product free of charge
• Request a price reduction
• Request termination of the contract and a full refund if repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate

Reporting Defects

If you discover a defect in your musical instrument, you must inform us within 2 months of discovering the defect. Please contact us immediately with:

• Your order number and date of purchase
• Description of the defect
• Photographs or videos showing the defect (if possible)

We will assess the claim and respond within a reasonable timeframe. If the defect is confirmed, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Manufacturer Warranty

Many musical instruments also come with a manufacturer's warranty, which is separate from and in addition to your legal guarantee rights. Manufacturer warranty terms vary by brand and will be provided with your purchase.

Manufacturer warranties do not affect your statutory rights under Slovenian and EU consumer protection law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect musical instrument, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We will arrange for collection and provide a replacement or full refund, including all delivery costs.

Please inspect your delivery upon receipt and report any visible damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your musical instrument for a different model, size, or type, please contact us to discuss available options. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the replacement item has a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. If it has a lower value, we will refund the difference.

Non-Consumer Returns

If you are purchasing as a business or professional (not as a consumer), different terms may apply. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases. Please contact us to discuss return options for business orders.
